Catering is a major part of any party, wedding or celebration and takes a lot of time and preparation. We are regularly complimented by Executive chef Rupert Davies, Rupert specializes in creating a menu to your desire and budget, you can see some examples of his work but it really is hard to do justice to his creations in a photograph, Rupert can cater from 10 to 1 ,000 guests and has a full compliment of hand picked staff, all equipment is provided. Rupert is also more than glad to meet and discuss your choice of menus or help you design something more unusual for your big day.

Sample Menus will provide an idea of the type of food that can be prepared for your special occasion but we must emphasise that this of course your big day and we can customise the menu to suit your tastes.
